This Week’s Extra Gems

Too much great music, too little airtime…
The amount of fine new music being submitted to blogs and radio every week is truly daunting. We can only fit 30 tracks onto our Listening Post each week – and my BBC Introducing Mixtape only has 60 minutes’ airtime a week on 6 Music. It’s heartbreaking not being able to give some of this excellent work the exposure it deserves – so here’s another Soundcloud set with more great tracks that will richly repay further investigation. Also, for a late-night treat, check the seven instrumental tracks sequenced together at the end of this set which range from spacey chilled ambient through to full-on Russian four-on-the-floor electrotango from Brussels :-)
