Featuring Billy Bragg and Lisa Knapp, The Mighty Sword Of Justice comes from new Tom Robinson album Only The Now which is released tomorrow (Friday 16 October) followed by a major UK tour.

Written in support of The Justice Alliance defending UK Legal Aid, this track includes additional vocals by Martin Carthy, and Colin Firth as the newsreader.

Also featured: producer Gerry Diver on fiddle, Adam Phillips on guitar, Andy Treacey on drums and Frank Rollock on steel pan. The video was directed and shot by Kate de Ban with Ashley Smith and Neil Wilson at Tooting Tram & Social.

Dancing Lawyers: Julie Chamberlain, Louize Charlesworth, Ian Davidson, Jeremy Davidson, Jon Ford, Dom Graham, Keith Hayward, Marvey Mills and Trev Nichills. Choreography by Bex Redfearn and Lady Justice is played by Nancy Blackett.

Our Mighty Sword of Justice tour (featuring special guests Kitten Pyramid between 25 Oct – 12 Nov) starts with two Rough Trade in-store gigs in London and Nottingham. The Tom Robinson Band consists of producer/multi-instrumentalist Gerry Diver, Faithless drummer Andy Treacey, session guitarist Adam Phillips (Richard Ashcroft, Cher, Rod Stewart), and Mancunian soul vocalist & songwriter Lee Forsyth Griffiths.
