Just a quick posting to say thanks to the people who’ve been emailing and messaging via MySpace to suggest music for my radio show. Also to those who’ve asked where they can send their music on CD.  Instead – let me introduce the Recommend Music form on our BBC webpages.

We actually have a special page at http://bit.ly/recommendmusic where ANYBODY is welcome to suggest new online tunes – their own, or anyone else’s.  We listen to every single suggestion and if we like it we play it. Simple as that.

Because of this we simply don’t have the time to follow up individual MySpace messages or or music sent by email or on CD.
