“September 23rd has been marked around the world since 1999 as Bi Visibility Day – also known as International Celebrate Bisexuality Day. People individually and collectively celebrate and mark the date in all sorts of ways: dinner parties, flag-flying, talks, film screenings, masked balls, balloon launches and more. How will you mark it in 2013?”

Well, as a happily-married father of two who enjoyed Top 20 success in 1978 with a song called Sing If You’re Glad To Be Gay, I’ve marked it by spending most of the day compiling an appropriate YouTube playlist. These were all suggested by listeners to my Saturday Night radio show who posted them on the 6 Music Facebook page.
