A WORD FROM TEAM FOTN: DEAR ARTISTS – PLEASE DO NOT TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO COME AND VOTE FOR YOU. YOUR TRACK WILL BE REMOVED AND A PERMANENT BAN IN PLACE. DO NOT VOTE FOR YOUR OWN TRACK. YOUR VOTE WILL BE REMOVED

Our moderators listened to every track we were sent this week and have picked their favourites for your listening pleasure – listed here in alphabetical order.

Now it’s over to you. Why not take a listen through to these fine tunes between now and Sunday afternoon, then click the checkbox beside your five favourites. The tracks you like best will become our Fresh Faves next week.

Listen using the player on this page or click here to open our Soundcloud playlist in a new window.

IMPORTANT
Votes on the Listening Post have NO effect on whether a track will get BBC airplay. Artists please read the note below about not telling friends and fans you’re on this list until voting has closed…

ARTISTS:
The point of this page is to try out your music on strangers. The votes you get here will not increase your chances of radio airplay. So PLEASE DON’T tell friends/family/fans you’re on the Listening Post this weekend – they’ll take it as a hint to come and vote for you.

We can always tell when lots of new people show up and start voting for one particular artist and we always disqualify those artists instantly and permanently.

But hey, your music’s in this list because we loved it: chances are that other people will love it too. So why not spread the love around and tell us YOUR favourite five among the other artists – come back and vote in future weeks too – help us help genuine new talent get heard.
