A cliche but true: music is my greatest passion—it drives everything I do. Right now, I’m focused on building a strong foundation to pursue it in a way that’s both fulfilling and sustainable. I want to know everything; currently, all I know for sure is the vastness of how much I do not know… a reality both exciting and humbling. As I progress, I hope to find ways to share what I’m learning about caring for the brain and body so that as many of us as possible can keep doing what we love well into old age (down with carpal and cubital tunnel forever).

It’s a work in progress, and while I’m still developing the skills and knowledge I aspire to, I’m fully committed to the journey. Every moment I spend learning, playing, listening to, or creating music is a moment that floats me somewhere above the ground-bound frequencies of the everyday. Fresh On The Net keeps me inspired with new and exciting work, and I’m grateful to be part of such a vibrant community.
